Shopware Mobile Manager Application for Shopware 5 and Shopware 6

The Shopware Mobile Manager application consists of a plug-in for Shopware 5 or Shopware 6 and an associated application for mobile devices that work under operating system iOS or Android. The mobile application is installed locally on your devices and, after entering or scanning the connection data via the Shopware plugin, establishes direct contact with the respective Shopware shop.

No data is transferred to or stored by SoftCareHouse and SoftCareHouse never has access to your shop’s data.

If the push function is activated in the Shopware 5 or Shopware 6 plugin, a push notification is sent to the mobile device(s) connected to the shop, when a new order is received. For security reasons, this is done via a SoftCareHouse server located in Germany, which forwards the message to the Google Firebase Cloud Messaging service. In any case, only the push message text specified by the shop operator is transmitted. No information is permanently stored, evaluated or passed on to third parties. There is no feedback when the message is read on the connected mobile device.
